Design Experiments On Spreadshirt.com

When I chose the name of my logo I began trying to think of different images I could use and incorporate for my logo, I though of gambling, I know this might sound odd but, with gambling you take chances that is what it’s all about, ‘chance’ and I’m not trying to promote gambling but, taking chances goes hand in hand with success.

To be successful you have to take chances and opportunities in order to progress to the next level. and this is why I thought it could be good to incorporate with my logo, I’m not sure about cards because that is associated with gambling too much, but dice I think could be a good idea.

I also liked the idea of an arrow because the arrow could show the direction of the next level and I  have noticed that they use arrows a lot with graffiti, which is the style I want to create my logo in.

To the next level004

Since starting this project I haven’t looked at the website that I will be selling my designs on, so since I have a rough logo design I decided to check out http://www.spreadshirt.com and experiment with the tools on the site.

They have small designs on the site that you can use and any photos you upload should be JPEG and they must be your own designs, not copied.

I used a few small designs on the site available to use, of arrows and dice I really like the way the arrows are not straight they are curved and zig zaged to make them look more creative and I used a basic thrown set of dice as well. You can re-colour each design to you own taste.

I also experimented with my Black background logo design I made and changed the colours of the arrows and dice to fit with the black.
