Today at work I was pleasantly suprised when I walked into the staff room for my break. CUPCAKES!!! There were ginger biscuits, lemon slices, chocolate cupcakes, flapjacks, and carrot cupcakes.
The cupcakes were made for donations, I think it was such a sweet idea, and great on valentines. Lifted my spirit.
I went for the carrot cupcake because carrot cake is my favourite.

The decision to choose the carrot cupcake may have be encouraged by the pretty decorative and edable butterfly on top. I love butterflies, and now I feel like making cakes!!!!
